Carrier-grade TR-069 and TR-369 device management

JustiFi ACS

JustiFi ACS is a carrier-grade Auto Configuration Server that enables broadband operators to remotely provision, configure, monitor, diagnose and update compatible CPE devices at fleet scale.

Who it's for

ISPs, telcos and broadband operators managing fibre, DSL, fixed wireless and mesh fleets.

TR-069TR-369 / USPTR-181REST API

What you get

  • Zero-touch provisioning across multi-vendor CPE
  • Continuous bulk telemetry and per-device analytics
  • Remote diagnostics: throughput, ping, traceroute, optical power
  • Bulk firmware campaigns with rollback and maintenance windows
  • Self-organising Wi-Fi with automatic correction
  • Subscriber self-care through the same data layer
  • Open REST API with bidirectional data hooks
  • Multi-tenancy and role-based access control

Seven views of the same platform

The same device intelligence, presented for the job in front of you.

Monitor

One dashboard for the entire fleet

Network overview with role-based access, vendor distribution, new-registration alerts and the issues costing you the most calls today.

Locate

See every device, understand every subscriber

Live in-home topology with every Ethernet and wireless station mapped, traced back through login and location to the OLT and port.

Diagnose

Continuous device and experience intelligence

Throughput on demand, ping and traceroute from the device itself, with latency and packet loss mapped live and historically.

Optimise

A self-organising network in the home

Findings surfaced as they appear, corrections applied on demand or automatically — channel, band, power and steering.

Resolve

Remote tools and a bot that speaks plain language

Reset, reboot, reconfigure, back up, trace packets and transfer files remotely. Ask the assistant a question instead of hunting through dashboards.

Self-Care

Bring the subscriber into the loop

The same device intelligence that serves the NOC serves the customer: home health, connected devices, speed test, guided fixes.

Operate

Bulk operations, gated by criteria

Firmware upgrades, backup and restore across the fleet, scheduled by model, region, OLT or event type, with progress reporting.

Common questions

What is an ACS?

An Auto Configuration Server is the management plane for broadband customer premises equipment. It provisions, configures, monitors, diagnoses and upgrades routers, ONTs and mesh nodes remotely, over the operator's own network, using the TR-069 protocol.

What is the difference between TR-069 and TR-369?

TR-069 is session-based and initiated by the device over HTTP. TR-369, the User Services Platform, is message-based over MQTT, WebSocket, STOMP or CoAP, and lets multiple controllers address one agent. Both use the same TR-181 data model, so a platform that speaks both can manage a mixed fleet through one workflow.

Which devices can JustiFi manage?

Any TR-069 or TR-369 compliant device: ONTs, routers, mesh nodes, Wi-Fi access points, IoT gateways and SD-WAN endpoints, across hundreds of models from multiple vendors.

Does JustiFi need an agent installed on the CPE?

No. JustiFi reads the telemetry the standard already defines. That is what keeps it hardware-independent and lets it work on the fleet you have already deployed.
