What this covers
This notice explains what Edgera Pvt Ltd does with personal information collected through edgera.com. It does not cover the JustiFi platform itself, which processes data under contract with the operator who deploys it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus limited technical context needed to keep the forms working.
- Signup: name, work email, company, and optionally role, country and area of interest.
- Demo requests: the above plus phone, fleet size and anything you write in the message field.
- Attribution: the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any UTM campaign parameters.
- Anti-abuse: a salted hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to send the technical briefing you asked for, and to detect automated abuse of our forms. Marketing email is sent only after you confirm your address by clicking the link we email you.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or add addresses to any list without confirmed opt-in. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 90 days. Confirmed subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, then retained as a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Sales enquiries are kept for the life of the commercial relationship and for seven years afterwards where required for tax and contract records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately. For anything else, write to hello@edgera.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
The site sets a session cookie so forms can protect themselves against cross-site request forgery. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled it sets its own cookies; you can block them without losing any functionality on this site.
